A Russian filmmaker, screenwriter and social influencer.
Member of The Expert Film Council of the Ministry of culture of the Russian Federation.
Member of the Union of cinematographers of Russia. Member of the Union of Russian artists.

He is recognized as one of the most authoritative documentarian of Russia. He has created more than 30 fiction and nonfiction films. Many of them were awarded prizes and diplomas from prestigious international and Russian film festivals. Numerous publications and many TV stories have been released featuring Sergei Debizhev's work. His films are shown on Central Russian TV channels and are studied by students of cinematographic universities.
